General Policy

• All payments made via net banking/ bank transfer/ demand draft etc should be payable to “Bamboo Junction Resort” only.
• Rooms are booked subject to final confirmation.
• Once the meal planned is confirmed, it can’t be changed.
• Check-in time is 11:00 am & Check-out time is 10:00 am.
• Pets are not allowed in the resort premises.
• Outside food, beverages & liquor not allowed at our premises.
• Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.
• Meal plan will start from the first day breakfast, due to early check-in/ check-out time.
• Resort is under electronic surveillance with CCTV Cameras for security.

Booking Policy

• Prices are subject to change at any given time without any prior notice.
• GST would be applicable as per Government of India regulations.
• Rooms will be held up to 1800 hours on the day of arrival unless prior information for late check-in is provided.
• Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.
• A request needs to be made to the resort in case of late check-out and the request would be accepted or declined as per the availability of rooms.
• NRIs/foreigners are required to show their passport at the time of check-in.
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the resort. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
• PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.
• Resort reserves the right to cancel the booking in case the identity is not verified because of lack of proper documents or submission of false documents. No refund would be given in such case.

Cancellation Policy

• We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings cancelled within 10 minutes of creating the same booking. Any amount paid will be refunded.
• Before 7 Days of the arrival date, 25% of the total billing.
• Before 48 Hours of the arrival, 50% of the total billing.
• Before 24 Hours of the arrival, 100% of the total cost.
• Bank transaction charges will also be deducted along with the cancellation charge.
• Any amendments or cancellation should be informed in advance.

Payment Terms

• 50% of the total bill will be in advance and balance will settle by or before the time of check-out.

Refund Policy

• In case of no Show, no refund will be provided. • No Refund for early checkout/ unexpected departures. • No Refund during natural climate or landslides, riots another issue as it is not resort fault.
